Defining Objects is owned and operated by Megan Barr. Megan received her Masters of Arts in Museum Studies from Buffalo State College. Her background also includes a Bachelors of Arts in Anthropology complete with Museums Studies, History, and Forensic Anthropology minors. Professionally active for over 10 years. She has worked with various collections including:

Our Mission

It is our vision to serve as a resource to those organizations that do not have existing or active collections management systems or structures in place. Unmanaged or unorganized collections are our specialty. Though every collection and organization’s resources will vary, it is our mission to meet the unique goals and priorities of each organization, improving collections care to best possible standard.
